Reservation Policies

All rates are in Canadian funds, subject to 12% tax and based on double occupancy, unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions cannot be made to maximum occupancies due to Fire Regulations. To exceed maximum occupancy is a serious safety hazard and will result in a $275.00CAD penalty.

There is a $25.00/night charge for each additional person over 12 years of age.

 

Deposit: A one (1) night deposit, for each cabin booked, by VISA or MasterCard is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

For bookings of 7 nights and longer, the deposit requirement will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.

 

3-night minimum stay required at all times.

5-night minimum stay required in all Family & Deluxe Family Cabins from June 21 – September 02, 2024.

2-night minimum stays are permitted in our low and mid seasons, subject to availability.

Minimum stay requirement is subject to the discretion of Alpine Village.

 

10% weekly discount available for 7+ night bookings.

4% cash discount for cash payment.

 

Check-in is at 4:00 pm MST. Check-out is at 11:00 am MST.

During Alpine Village’s operating season, the reservation office is open 7 days/week from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm MST.

 

Each cabin is equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea.

1 complimentary parking stall, near each cabin, for registered Guests.

Pet-free and smoke-free property. Cabins with evidence of pets or smoke of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vape products) will be subject to a penalty.

Complimentary Wi-Fi – Intermittent signal due to mountainous location.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Due to our remote location, it is difficult to re-book cancelled or shortened reservations. We kindly ask that you give us 14 days’ notice to cancel your reservation.

If cancelled 14+ days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.

If cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be retained.

If shortened 14 + days before your arrival date, but not below the minimum stay requirement, you will be charged a 10% shortening fee (based on your deposit).

If shortened less than 14 days before your arrival date, but not below the minimum stay requirement, a fee equivalent to one night will apply.

Shortening below the minimum requirement is not permitted.

Shortening after arrival is not permitted. Early departures will be responsible for 100% of each remaining night reserved.

Examples of situations that do not allow our cancellation policy to be flexible include: illness, injury, COVID-19, transportation disruptions such as flight/train/bus cancellation not related to a natural disaster (volcanic eruption/tsunamis, earthquake, etc.), smoke forecast, weather and natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in the location it takes place (i.e. wildfires in the Canadian Rockies), as well as temporary road closures due to roadwork, construction, special events or traffic incidents if there is an active detour as alternate route.

 

Examples of situations that do allow our cancelation policy to be flexible include (at the discretion of Alpine Village): declared emergencies and epidemics, government travel restrictions, military actions, natural disasters that impact the destination location or the location of departure (volcanic eruption/tsunamis, earthquake, etc. excluding natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in the location it takes place (i.e. wildfires in the Canadian Rockies)), death of yourself or immediate family member.

We strongly recommend that all guests, regardless of age or health status, purchase travel insurance.
